Age began via an excursion into sociology and philosophy to trace different facets and roles of ageing and to ask questions: What do changes in physiology bring about, and how do these biological facts contrast with subjectively lived experiences? What does the future mean for those who have already experienced a lived past? How is dealing with the ageing body? What are the future challenges of an ageing society? 

Formal realisations of this complex thematic range from designs for a walking stick 4.0. to storage places for objects that have already disappeared from life.
